Sterilising instruments in the funeral industry plays an important role in ensuring their health and safety. The importance of this procedure goes beyond the funeral service, as it is essential for preventing the spread of infections and ensuring a safe environment.

As soon as the instruments have been sterilised, the professional must place the instruments inside the plastic sleeves and seal them while they are still warm. As soon as the paper and propylene sleeve is sealed with the instruments inside, a light will switch from blue to red on the side of the sleeve, signalling that it has finished sealing. This method keeps your instruments 100% protected for as long as necessary.

The equipment contains a heat sealing mechanism with a cutting blade in the holder to cut the sleeve rolls into pouches according to the size of the instruments. The sealer can be placed on a bench/table or affixed to a wall.

The PVC bar supporting the rolls is 38 cm long, which means that the professional can only place one roll with a maximum width of 30 cm.
